I hope you and your family are doing well and are taking good care of your safety and wellness during these testing times.

We have taken several actions to ensure the safety of our staff and also ensure that you as our customers can conduct your business as efficiently as possible. This includes:

  • 100% of Our staff is working from home. With our digital platform handing a lot of back-office operations, We have been able to seamlessly transition to working from home without affecting our service levels.
  • The latest status of your bookings are available online. Our online dashboard is always up to date, and all staff in your company have 24/7 access to it.
  • Review your Documents Online. In a time when access to the office is unpredictable, our platform gives you access to upload/download booking documents, Submit Shipping Instructions and review First Print documents without requiring any printer or office access.
  • Use our Android Mobile Application. Our mobile application gives you almost all the functionality as our online platform, including costing & planning tools, latest booking updates, reviewing invoicing and documentation and more.

We will continue to build on our digital platform, including improving our workflow management capabilities that enable us to do business in the New Normal.

We understand your concerns with the current situation of on-ground operations, but be rest assured that our team is going above and beyond their call of duty to ensure bookings are fulfilled smoothly.
